Just as you would use a personal fitness trainer to get fit, you can have a personal life coach to improve areas of your life to make it more fulfilling for you. You will be pleasantly surprised at how much better life can look in a very short time.

As I am also an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, I am well qualified to help you with any issues that may come up during the coaching process and need to be resolved in order to move forward.

Combining Personal Life Coaching with Counselling and other therapies

During your Personal Life Coaching, if  an issue arises that is preventing you from moving forward or making the changes that you want to , I can offer you the other therapies that I offer including counselling which will enable you to work through and resolve it. 

Combining Personal Life Coaching  with additional therapies is always an option that is open to you during our sessions together to help you on your personal journey.
